Arroz Negro – 墨鱼汁饭:是西班牙烩饭中的一种,直接翻译就是黑米饭。跟海鲜饭paella类似,主角是米饭,而非海鲜,墨鱼汁的味道很独特。当地人推荐的吃墨鱼汁饭的饭馆Maese Pío Arrocería,他家还有各种烩饭。因为烩饭是按份儿现做的,要等挺长时间,他们提供挺多开胃菜:橄榄、面包蘸橄榄油等。吃多了一会儿主食上了都该吃不下了。
Pionono – 海绵蛋糕:这是格拉纳达特色甜点。是用牛奶、糖、鸡蛋、肉桂、朗姆做成的。格拉纳达街头到处都可以找到,比较有名的连锁店是Casa Ysla,可以买到海绵蛋糕。
Bocadillo de Jamón – 火腿三明治:马德里 – 美食篇中详细介绍过西班牙的bocadillo三明治。火腿是最常见的一种。
当地人强推的tapas店店名Bar Los Diamantes: 这家店真的是人满为患,狭长的小店真的要拼尽全力挤进去才能点到菜。果真在南部Andalucia安达卢西亚省只要点一杯喝的,会白送一盘tapa,白送的两盘是炸鳕鱼和炸小虾,味道特别鲜美。站在旁边的当地老爷爷和一对儿加拿大老夫妇跟我们聊起来,还跟我们分享他们点的小菜,又是吃撑了的一天,消化不了都睡不着。。。第二天中午去的另两间tapa店:Ávila Tapas和Bar La Riviera。第二家馆子是少有的免费tapas允许客人选择的。我跟朋友点了两份喝的+送的两个免费tapa+三个额外tapa一共才8.5欧。
龙达当地人推荐的tapas馆子Lechuquita (西语意思是小生菜),也是人满为患。跟格拉纳达相比这儿的tapas更便宜,一份tapa才九毛钱,又正宗。点了这么多才不到8欧。安达卢西亚省的tapasd大多是新鲜捕捞上来的各种小海鲜,裹上一层薄薄的面粉后,在橄榄油中油炸片刻,挤上柠檬汁后,配上一杯啤酒趁热享用,完美啊!随意拐进南部城市的任何一家小酒吧,他们新鲜做的炸海鲜都不会让你失望。
