稻城亚丁
清早我们先到游客中心买票后，坐景区大巴车一个小时左右到亚丁村，因为是旅游淡季，我们到了之后才在海拔较高的亚丁村现找了住宿，有两三个团员之前有较严重的高反，就还住在日瓦。我们坐电瓶车到诺绒牛场，从这里有游客会选择骑马去五色海和牛奶海。但我们几个都还身体不错，尤其是上饶的四位大哥大姐都是多年的户外驴友，就算在这个高的海拔徒步五六个小时候也不在话下。
这里真的是难以言表地美啊！我们从海拔四千开始徒步到最上面将近五千米再返回，耗时六个小时左右。下来途中开始头疼、浑身发冷、流鼻涕，也不知道是高反还是受凉感冒了。多亏几个常年玩儿户外的哥哥姐姐们给予我照顾和鼓励，一个多小时以后马上满血复活，一切症状都消失了。其中一个玩户外的大哥竟然去哪儿爬山都带着国旗，举旗留影。那我也高举国旗爱个国吧。
下山回到亚丁村，大家都很累，跟四个大哥大姐去吃村里一家小店吃晚饭，饭馆里面的墙上都是游客的涂鸦留言和照片，挺有意思的。晚上住在亚丁村的藏民开的民宿里，窗户外面就能看到雪山，夜晚看到满天的繁星，相机照不出来，可美了。第二天早晨，在他们自家厨房兼客厅里吃了他们自己做的青稞饼，并喝了酥油茶，看到了很多年没见的烧煤的炉灶，还是小时候在住四合院的姥姥家见过蜂窝煤呢。我们这一路上遇到的藏民们都可淳朴、善良、好客了！若不经过亲身经历，而随便轻易相信道听途说，只会让你显得更无知。
吃过早饭，我们又去了只有徒步往返三个小时的珍珠海。下午又继续上路了，晚上返回稻城住。
