Collingwood
Collingwood并非本计划来的地儿，在多伦多往北两个小时，来这儿就只是为了见朋友的。在湾区认识了两三年的一对夫妻朋友刚刚结束他们为期一年的环球旅行，四月刚回加拿大父母家待一阵儿，待多久也不知道，趁他们在我才来的加拿大。之前以为会在多伦多见面，但他们上周在尼亚加拉大瀑布附近看家housesitting，周二他们刚回到Collingwood附近他爸妈家。听说那儿附近有些可以徒步的公园，挨着五大湖，自然风光不错。反正我开车，方便去他们爸妈家，可以住那儿几天。周四上午到了他家，跟他们全家一起去户外散步。他们这几天有几个网上的面试，都是欧洲那边的公司，他们计划搬去欧洲长期居住。下午去了Thornbury，景色很不错，朋友的妈妈让我们去一个水坝看三文鱼逆流而上，现在是季节，但可惜我们一条鱼都没看见。但之后看到一只很大的白天鹅，还看到些当地人在钓鱼。
之后他们带我去了Blue Mountain，这儿是滑雪胜地。虽然叫Blue Mountain，但其实是个小山，一点儿都不高。
周五一上午俩朋友都有面试，所以我早上去跑步，小镇的街上基本没车，特别清净。跑步回来，朋友做了Dutch baby pancake蛋饼，跟他们全家人一起吃。朋友的爸妈晚上会去多伦多看Maple Leave队的冰球赛，这里冰球算是国球了，据说他们没落看过任何一场球赛（电视或现场）。朋友的妈妈特别热情，带我参观他们几年前买的房车拖车，很有意思。之后朋友带我去了Wasaga海滩，这儿是世界上有着最长海岸线的淡水海滩，据说这里夏季人满为患。下午我们去买了些食材，打算做大溪地Tahiti的poisson cru波利尼西亚的柠檬腌生鱼片，跟秘鲁和其他地方的生鱼片不同的是他们会加椰奶。他们在那儿旅行的时候吃了好几次，所以回来想自己做。生鱼买多了，我们最后吃得很撑，因为不趁新鲜吃就该浪费了。
周六日都下雨，于是周五决定周六大早就往回开了。但走之前一定要再去一次华人大超市大统华，囤货带回美国。从朋友家开去加拿大美国边境Windsor中途会路过滑铁卢Waterloo，看那儿有个大统华超市。他俩大学就是在那儿上的，但当时那儿还没开这个超市呢。我在那儿买了四喜烤麸、酱牛肉、夫妻肺片、香辣鹌鹑蛋、蛋黄酥、红豆糯米滋、宫廷糕点、云片糕、老婆饼、菠萝包和肉松海苔包，卖得好开心啊。那些熟食和一些糕点两三天后就过期了，还好一天就开回芝加哥去了，估计两天就能消灭掉了。这给我的加拿大之旅画上了个完满的句号。过境回美国时，明显比来时严了很多，入境官问了好多问题。我看到旁边牌子突然想起来其实肉制品是不能入境的，但为了能回去吃上美食，我肯定是没说我带肉制品了啊，让我小提心吊胆了一下。
