林芝，米拉山口，拉萨

俩礼拜没跑步没锻炼了，浑身难受啊，怪不得小感冒了。今天基本恢复了，而且到了林芝海拔降到到两千多，可以去跑个步了。离开林芝路过色季拉山口的时候下大雪，好突然啊。米拉山口太壮观了，海拔五千多，如同到了个孤寂的外星球一样。

经历了十一天的长途跋涉，终于从成都一路开到了拉萨。布达拉宫比想象中的小一些，但路过第一眼还是很震撼的，像做梦一样就见到了。在八廓街能看到各种围着大昭寺三步一扣朝拜的虔诚的信徒们。晚上去看了《文成公主》大型实景剧，以拉萨自然山水为背景，讲述了1300多年前文成公主与松赞干布和亲的历史故事。之前在桂林看过大型实景演出《印象 刘三姐》。舞台表演美是真美，但时间有点儿长，到后来精力慢慢不集中开始犯困，估计也是因为一路比较累吧。布达拉宫的白天和黑夜各有各的美。

第二天早上去吃了司机推荐的永金包子馆和另一家藏餐馆里的藏面。藏餐馆里旁边一桌坐着淳朴的藏民，人手一小暖壶的酥油茶。吃完早饭我们去参观布达拉宫。为了保护布达拉宫文物，布达拉宫实行客流限制，每天限制参观人数2000人，我们提前在网上预订了票。进去也要跟着一个导游走，领了耳机听导游解说。布达拉宫里看见了只悠闲自得的晒着太阳的猫。参观布达拉宫途中遇到了个刚从珠峰大本营回来又要去尼泊尔的成都小弟，他大学毕业刚一两年，工作很有意思，他在日本东南亚航线的游轮上工作，一年基本无周末地工作八个月，每天工作时间也很长，但包吃包住，剩下四个月可以休息。他这是刚从游轮上放假回来，开始几个月的旅游。我们一起聊天南海北，他给我讲了很多游轮上有意思的故事，我也跟他取了取去珠峰大本营的经，因为上饶那几位大哥大姐极力鼓动我放弃之前青藏线回成都然后重庆的行程，让我加入到他们珠峰大本营的队伍。之前看天气珠峰大本营天气一直不太好、下雨，几度要放弃这个计划，而且打电话给爸妈问他们意见，他们之前去过，也建议我既然都到拉萨这儿了，就去吧，不然以后会后悔。除了听了爸妈的建议，还听了这位小弟的建议，在明天就去大本营前买了手套跟毛线帽保暖。之后我俩一起逛街、吃藏面、喝藏式酸奶，被鼓动编了藏式辫子，晚上又吃了成都火锅。充实的一天！
