Nanjing (2)

A foreign teacher I was in charge of had practiced Muay Thai in Thailand before, and he asked me to help find a nearby gym that could do boxing. I found one, got a monthly card, and took boxing and cycling lessons a few times. After one month came, I felt that the boxing class was not interesting, so I found another CrossFit, which was a ten-minute bike ride away from my place of residence. I haven't touched CrossFit for half a year. When I went to class for the second time, there was a buddy whose name sounded very familiar and looked familiar, but I just couldn’t remember where I saw him. When I went out, I suddenly remembered that I was a player from The Voice of China. Going home and checking, it is indeed Gunsham, one of the top four in Wang Feng's group in 2014! I also met a famous person in real life. I took a photo with him in class next time. Although he is a rock singer, he is actually quite shy.

Have a barbecue dinner with colleagues on the roof, and then go to KTV to sing.

I have been in Nanjing for more than a month, and I finally visited the old gate of the Confucius Temple this weekend. Nanjing Laomendong delicacies: Blizzard Stinky Tofu from Tofu Dynasty, Lu’s Plum Blossom Cake, Dried Prune Vegetable Cake, Jiming Soup Buns, Lan Lao Da Tang Congee Lotus Root, Zhu Ji Xiao Zheng’s Crispy Biscuits, the queue is very long.

Night cruise along the Qinhuai River.

One day in Nanjing, I met two alumni who had just returned from the United States. One was an alumnus who was studying in the United States on a business trip, and the other was an alumnus who was studying in Beijing. She had just moved to Nanjing. Beijing fellow. Both of them got in touch after reading the circle I posted yesterday and knew that I was in Nanjing. The world is really small. After that, I went to Xuanwu Lake Park, it was really big!

It is said that this is Aunt Xu's pastry shop that sells the most delicious youth balls in Nanjing. The egg yolk and meat floss green balls are super generous, and it feels better than Shanghai Shen Dacheng's. The black sesame green ball, donkey rolling and glutinous rice are all super delicate and soft, moderately salty and sweet, not greasy at all. In the past two months in Nanjing, I have visited several times, and before I left, I bought a bunch of them and brought them back to Beijing for my parents. After buying the Youth League, I came out and passed by Ke Lane, and found that this grass egg freshly made cake was queuing up. You can see that there is no drop of water, flavor, coloring and preservative in the freshly made cakes. I waited in line for a long time and didn't move it. I found out that it was because the locals bought several pots as soon as they came out, so I wanted to buy two to taste. I couldn't wait any longer, so I ran to the front, grabbed the aunt who had just bought two or three bags, and asked her if she could sell me two to try, and she said it would be fine for me. I was really embarrassed to force the money to her, thinking it saved me at least half an hour in line. The freshly baked glutinous rice cake is especially chewy, really super delicious!
