Nyingchi, Mila Pass, Lhasa

I haven't run or exercised for two weeks. I feel sick all over. No wonder I have a little cold. It has basically recovered today, and when the altitude of Nyingchi has dropped to more than 2,000, it is time to go for a run. It snowed heavily when I left Nyingchi and passed the Sejila Pass, so suddenly. The Mira Mountain Pass is so spectacular, with an altitude of more than 5,000, as if to a lonely alien planet.

After eleven days of long-distance travel, I finally drove all the way from Chengdu to Lhasa. The Potala Palace is smaller than expected, but it was still shocking at first sight, and I saw it like a dream. On Barkhor Street, you can see all kinds of devout believers who worship the Jokhang Temple in three steps and one buckle. In the evening, I watched the large-scale live-action drama "Princess Wencheng". With the natural landscape of Lhasa as the background, it tells the historical story of Princess Wencheng and Songtsen Gampo more than 1,300 years ago. The next morning, I went to eat the Yongjin Baozi restaurant recommended by the driver and the Tibetan noodles in another Tibetan restaurant. In a Tibetan restaurant, there are simple Tibetans sitting at a table next to them, holding a small warm pot of buttered tea. After breakfast, we will visit the Potala Palace.
