Kyoto is full of Japanese monuments everywhere. Today, visit Fushimi Inari-taisha, a thousand-year-old shrine. Last night, I met a girl from Shenzhen in a youth hostel. She can speak Japanese. There is a wandering garden in the temple, and the center is Jinghu Lake. The reflection of the Golden Pavilion in the lake is extremely beautiful, but it is a bit cloudy and the effect cannot be seen. After leaving the Kinkakuji Temple, take the bus to the Imperial Palace of the Kyoto Imperial Palace. Before Emperor Meiji moved to Tokyo, it was the imperial residence where successive emperors lived. What is more special is that most of the imperial palace is paved with gravel, so it is best to wear comfortable shoes to visit. The Oike Garden here is also beautiful.

Afterwards, I went to Nishiki Nishiki Market. The first thing I heard when I heard the name was Silk Market in Beijing. In fact, it is the famous "Kyoto Back Kitchen". The Nishiki Market is an "indoor shopping street", so you don't have to worry about the trouble of eating under an umbrella on rainy days. There are famous fried creamy potato tempura, soy milk donuts, mochi, grilled sea bream skewers, tamagoyaki, octopus eggs, sushi, croquettes, various pickles, etc. It's a pity that I just ate it at the snack street of Fushimi Inari Taisha, so I can only watch it here. In the evening, go back to Gion to meet up with friends for dinner. When you come to Kyoto, how can you miss matcha desserts? The matcha here is extremely rich in flavor and pure green, and many other desserts are extremely delicate, like handicrafts.
