底特律
加拿大过境后路过底特律，虽然这儿阴天，但起码没下雨，就顺路逛一下吧。在Detroit Riverwalk河边走了走，河对面就是加拿大了。市中心街上基本看不到人，挺萧条冷清的，但有很多有意思的涂鸦壁画。
还是是周六路过这里，因为当地最大的市场Eastern Market只有周六才有。这算是底特律的亮点吧，比起荒凉的市中心和很多及其破败的楼房建筑工厂，这个市场特别热闹。这里占地面积极大，我在这儿逛了一两个小时，有卖鲜花植物的、纪念品、当地特产等，外面街上还有很多卖街头小吃的小摊儿。还有餐馆酒吧，现场乐队演奏，氛围很好。
之后开车去了Indian Village区，这里感觉像是另一个城市，这个住宅区的房子都是豪宅，环境极好，跟很多别的区域比起来有天壤之别。走之前去了 Fisher Building里面参观，很漂亮，正好赶上一对孟加拉国的新婚夫妻在照结婚照，旁边也有很多伴娘伴郎一起陪着照相。
周六一共花了14个小时平安到达芝加哥，在滑铁卢的大统华超市待了1个小时购物，在底特律待了4个小时。这次加拿大之旅往返开了2400迈左右，比从加州湾区搬来芝加哥开得还多。
